CLIP experiments were downloaded from three CLIP databases: POSTAR2 [P], CLIPdb [C], DoRiNA [D] and StarBase [S]. For each RBP, the table includes: number of experiments (#Ex), database(s) that include the RBP (DDBB) and number of splicing events where the RBP binds after integrating all CLIP experiments.
