Expression data of keratinocytes from condyloma acuminata and skin tissues

To explore the biological changes of keratinocytes in condyloma acuminata (CA) warts, we performed mRNA and lncRNA expression profiling of keratinocytes from normal skins and warts of condyloma acuminata patients to compare the gene expression. Tissue specimens of keratinocytes from three normal donors’ foreskins and five CA warts located at the skin of the patients’ penis were collected. All the patients were selected by HPV DNA detection with type 6 or 11 positive while other HPV subtypes negative.Microarray data was further performed for bioinformatics analysis.
