RNA-seq in MaV208 WT and mutant Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strains treated with DMSO, TSA, or E6R

As part of a larger study identifying novel HDAC complex inhibitors, WT cells were treated with DMSO, 20 μM TSA or 50 μM E6R to investigate changes in gene expression levels. Also, cultures of rpd3Δ and sin3Δ mutant strains treated with DMSO were investigated.作为一项旨在筛选新型组蛋白去乙酰化酶复合物抑制剂（HDAC complex inhibitors）的大型研究的组成部分，本实验将野生型（WT）细胞分别以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）、20 μM曲古抑菌素A（TSA）及50 μM E6R进行处理，以探究其基因表达水平的变化。此外，本研究还对经DMSO处理的rpd3Δ与sin3Δ突变菌株的培养物展开了检测分析。
