Asgard Archaea from one Tara Oceans metabin

Metagenomes from the Tara Oceans expeditions were processed with anvi'o to generate thousands of metabins. Here, we provide the example of one metabin from the Indian Ocean (ID: TARA ION bin 57), which contains the environmental genome of one Asgard archaeal population. <br> These files can be used for teaching or training purposes.
