Enhancing the Ultra-Long-Term Preservation of Personal Genome Information via Chemically Modified DNA Data Storage

Leveraging a high-throughput DNA synthesis platform, we construct short, chemically modified DNA strands that serve as model information carriers. This experimental system validates the feasibility of using chemically protected DNA as a next-generation medium for data archiving and personal genome preservation.
