Penicillium digitatum Transcriptome or Gene expression

In this study, we provide a whole transcriptome analysis of a prochloraz-resistant strain (PdHS-F6) and a MFS2 disruption mutants strain (?Pdmfs2) before and after prochloraz treatment. The transcriptome of PdHS-F6 and ?Pdmfs2 had been sequenced and analyzed to figure out the differences of gene expression profiles in the strains with different level of drug resistance.
