The impact of platinum and taxol based neoadjuvant chemotherapy on tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs) was examined by analysis of TAMs extracted from high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) samples pre and post chemotherapy. Overall design: TAMs were isolated by FACS sorting from high grade serous ovarian cancer, omental metastasis samples, pre and post platinum-based chemotherapy. RNA sequencing was performed on unmatched n = 5 pre and n = 7 post chemotherapy TAM samples.
