Gene expression profiles of atrial and ventriclular compartments in mouse embryonic hearts and induced heart organoids

We generated mouse heart organoids from mouse embryonic stem cells. The heart organoids showed both atrium-like and ventricle-like morphology similar to those of embryonic hearts. Therefore we performed RNA-seq analysis to compare atrial and ventricular gene expression profiles between mouse embryonic hearts and induced heart organoids. RNA-seq in atrial and ventriclular compartments of mouse embryonic hearts and induced heart organoids, three samples respectively本研究通过小鼠胚胎干细胞（mouse embryonic stem cells）构建了小鼠心脏类器官（mouse heart organoids）。该类器官呈现出与胚胎心脏（embryonic hearts）相似的心房样与心室样形态结构。基于此，本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，以对比小鼠胚胎心脏与诱导型心脏类器官的心房、心室基因表达谱。针对小鼠胚胎心脏及诱导型心脏类器官的心房、心室分区，每个分区均设置3个样本并完成了RNA测序。
