Original transcriptome sequencing files of SAM stimulated or unstimulated human alveolar adenocarcinoma cell line (A549). Filter the raw data and align the filtered high-quality sequence (Clean Data) to the reference genome of the GRCh38 (Human). Calculate the expression level of each gene based on the comparison results. On this basis, further differential expression analysis, enrichment analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted on the samples. Concatenate the reads on the comparison to restore the transcript sequence.
