The results of exosome miRNA sequencing between ethanol exposure and control groups in cardiomyocytes cell

We extracted exosomes from both normal H9c2 cardiomyocytes and those stimulated with ethanol and analyzed differential miRNAs through high-throughput sequencing. The results of exosome miRNA sequencing revealed 123 differentially expressed miRNAs (12 upregulated miRNAs and 111 downregulated miRNAs) between the ethanol and control groups.

本实验从正常H9c2心肌细胞及经乙醇刺激的心肌细胞中提取外泌体，并通过高通量测序技术分析了差异表达的miRNA。外泌体miRNA测序结果显示，在乙醇刺激组与对照组之间，共鉴定出123个差异表达的miRNA（其中上调12个，下调111个）。
