Data and code from "Reward regulation in plant–frugivore networks requires only weak cues"

This package contains data and code from "Reward regulation in plant–frugivore networks requires only weak cues" (Albrecht et al. 2018, Nature Communications 9:4838). <br>The raw data includes plant–frugivore interaction networks and associated plant and animal traits and phylogenies. The data have been mostly compiled from the literature.<br>Along with the raw data we provide R code to reproduce the analysis from the paper. For details about how to run the R code please have a look at the README file in the package. For details about the methods (e.g., literature sources, field sampling, trait measurements or background of particular analyses) we refer to the original publication.
