Place learning and place memory data from DSPR RILs

Learning and Memory Data for: Multiple genetic loci affect place learning and memory performance in Drosophila melanogaster. The publication describing results using these data is in Genes, Brain and Behavior and can be accessed here: https://doi.org/10.1111/gbb.12581 or at BioRxiv here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/580092v2 LearnMemRaw.tgz contains the raw output data obtained from the heatbox. The data associated with each RIL is in a folder labeled with the RIL ID. Each group of individuals that was assayed at the same time in the heat box is contained in each file labeled with the group number. ProcMemLearn.tgz contains the output data following processing with HeatCalc software, which calculates the performance index for each RIL. Files are named with the RIL ID.
