A combination of all mobile phone, and subsequently collected syndromic reports, with salient details extracted. <strong>Column meanings</strong> reportVect = The final report collected, following any corrections obtained from participants. Identifier = (If distinguishable) Identifying element of reports Symptoms = (If distinguishable) Symptoms in report DaysSick = (If distinguishable) Days sick in report OthSick = (If distinguishable) Others sick in report Sendingnumber = Coded sender number Recievedtime = Time of message reciept Mod = How report has been modified, on the basis of gathered corrections TSlot = Reporting timeslot in which report was recieved OrigText = Original text of report as initially recieved/manually added. Some reports were modified to remove participant names and replace them with participant IDs. HHalloc = Household corresponding to this sender ID IDerror = Absence or error in identifier component of report from a shared mobile number Derr = Absence or error in duration component of report Oerr = Absence or error in others sick component of report Dupe = If report has been identified to be one of multiple sent from a particular individual at a particular timepoint. DupeWin = If this report has been selected to be the 'winner' - i.e. the chosen report for an individual - At a particular timepoint. <strong>Munges</strong> In addition to the generalised data cleaning performed, reports from households 6 and 8 required minor modifications to identifier details to compensate for changes in mobile phone numbers used over the course of the study.<br><b>Confidentiality</b>Some reports have been manually modified to exclude names written within reports and thus ensure confidentiality for all participants. Such modifications take the form of replacing mentions of a participant name with their corresponding 'UniqID' identifier in the ID dataframe.
