The data and calculation of emergency material inventory routing problem during covid-19 pandemic

<i>These data are used to validate the emergency material inventory routing problem（EMIRP） model and fall within the category of empirical research. 本数据集用于验证应急物资库存路径问题（Emergency Material Inventory Routing Problem, EMIRP）模型，属于实证研究范畴。
本数据集基于Archetti等人2007年提出的库存路径问题（Inventory Routing Problem, IRP）数据改编，以适配EMIRP模型。
完整数据集包含四个子文件，前两个子文件为示例数据，后两个子文件为计算结果。
