本数据集来自于上海优生队列，由上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心承担，新华医院、仁济医院、国际和平妇幼保健院等九家医院共同合作建立，纳入妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及其子代515名。分别在孕前和/或孕早、孕中和孕晚期评估孕妇孕期的体格、代谢、疾病、睡眠、情绪、饮食和环境暴露等整体情况，在儿童出生时、42天、6个月、12个月和24个月调查儿童的生长发育、代谢、饮食喂养习惯以及认知发育等情况。
