Prenatal diagnosis of fetal structure anomalies using whole exome sequencing

This dataset supports the study entitled "Prenatal diagnosis of fetal structure anomalies using whole exome sequencing." It contains the whole exome sequencing (WES) data, clinical imaging, and associated clinical findings from six families undergoing prenatal diagnosis of fetal structural anomalies. This dataset provides supporting evidence for the findings reported in the manuscript and is intended for reference purposes only. It may serve as a reference for future studies on the prenatal genetic diagnosis of fetal structural anomalies. All personal identifying information has been removed from the dataset. Written informed consent for data deposition and publication was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all participants.
