Gut microbiota analysis by 16 srRNA gene sequencing of deficiency of intestinal leucine-rich repeat G-protein-coupled receptor 4 mice and littermates

Villin-Cre mice were bred with Lgr4flox/flox mice to generate Lgr4iKO mice, within which Lgr4 was specifically knocked out in intestinal epithelium. Six-week-old male Lgr4iKO mice and littermates were fed normal chow diet (NCD) or 60% high fat diet (HFD) for 12 weeks. Gut microbiota of Lgr4iKO mice and littermates were analysed.
