This is a view layer of the photos mapped in 2021 for the #PhotoMappers platform — a volunteer crowdsourcing tool that creates situational awareness from social media photo submissions during disaster events. This layer is the authoritative source of record and drives all derived views, dashboards, and applications in this project. About #PhotoMappers #PhotoMappers delivers real-time photo-based situational awareness to first responders and emergency managers, from local jurisdictions to federal agencies. Since 2017, the platform has been staffed by GISCorps volunteers, with NAPSG Foundation coordinating with requesting stakeholders to focus search efforts on specific communities and infrastructure.
