Datasets related to Boulanger-Weill, Kämpf et al. (2025). clem_zfish1_functional_data.h5 is required to download proofread neurons in the FCLEM dataset, their inputs and outputs morphologies as well as their synaptic connectivity and functional responses. ANTs_dfield_inverse.nii.gz is required to map neurons to the reference brain atlas. traced_axons_neurons.zip contains all the information generated when downloading and mapping all neurons and axons in the FCLEM dataset.
