An R-based tool for identifying sex-linked markers from Restriction site-Associated DNA sequencing with applications to elasmobranch conservation

The data was collected to study genetic markers that are located on sex chromosomes and develop and R functions to efficiently identify such markers. The raw silico and SNP markers are provided. The Rmarkdown describes the workflow of the R function with the example White Shark data, the BLAST results of sex-linked markers against reference genomes, the conditions and results for the PCR-based sex identification, and the accuracy analysis of the function.
