We derived iPSC from individuals carrying a 22q11.2 deletion and controls and differentiated them into 3D cortical organoids. Differentiation was performed across 14 control and 15 22q11.2 lines and sampled at 4 time points (days 25, 50, 75 and 100). ------------------------------------------------- Authors state "Due to HIPPA compliance issues, submitters are unable to provide raw data" and "Due to the way the data was collected we are unable at this time to submit it to dbGAP."
