Additional file 3 Table S3. Identification of novel miRNAs in sunflower pollen. 16 novel miRNAs were predicted in sunflower pollen using miRDeep-P2 software. The predicted miRNAs were belong to 10 families and named as Han-novel-miR100 to Han-novel-miR110.
