Hopkins-Skellam Index for microglial cells in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of autistic-like and control mice

Approach in tendency to form clusters was analyzed through the Hopkins-Skellam Index (HSI) in each layer of the CA1 region of the hippocampus and in the dentate gyrus (DG), as well as in the PFC (Prefrontal Cortex), in mice with autistic-like behaviours (C58/J) and control (B6/J) mice.
