Dataset for analysis of long-term dynamic changes of subglacial lakes in the Recovery Ice Stream, Antarctica

This dataset contains the following data files: "crossover analysis", "hydrological networks", "lake elevation changes in 2018-2023(each months)", "lake outlines", "repeat-track analysis", and "long-term elevation changes of lakes". A summary description of these files is as follows: (1) crossover analysis: Contains data for lake regions. All data originate from the ICESat-2. Each lake region contains three key data types: along-track data, cross-track data, and time series of crossover elevation changes (.csv files) after screening. (2) hydrological networks: Organized into three subfolders: "Input data", "Hydro potential" and "Subglacial water flow paths" subfolders. (3) lake elevation changes in 2018-2023(each months): Contains folders for each monitored lake with monthly elevation change data from 2018-2023 from ICESat-2 observations (.xyz format). (4) lake outlines: Contains outline data for all subglacial lakes. Each lake outline is stored in a CSV file named with lake identifier. For lakes that have not been updated, we reference the lake outline results from Fricker et al.(2014) (URL: http://dx.doi.org/10.3189/2014jog14j063). (5) repeat-track analysis: Organized by reference ground track numbers for tracks in .mat format. Contains differential data from repeated tracks of different cycles. (6) long-term elevation changes of lakes: Contains folders for all subglacial lakes with elevation change data from 2003-2023.
