Here we investigate how ASCL1 levels and phosphorylation modulate its activity during lineage restrictions of embryonic stem cells. Overall design: ATAC-seq in mESCs in neuroectoderm media with the induction of either WT of SA (phosphomutant) ASCL1 expression. Four biological replicates per condition.
