Minimal de-identified dataset for: Association Between COMISA and Cardiovascular Disease: Evidence from the TURKAPNE Registry

This repository contains the minimal de-identified dataset underlying the manuscript "Association Between COMISA and Cardiovascular Disease: Evidence from the TURKAPNE Registry." The dataset includes anonymized participant-level data from the Turkish Sleep Apnea (TURKAPNE) Registry and contains all variables required to reproduce the analyses reported in the accompanying manuscript. The study included 12,715 consecutive adults referred for diagnostic sleep evaluation at 34 sleep centers in Türkiye between 3 October 2017 and 31 August 2025. All direct personal identifiers have been removed before public release. The dataset contains demographic characteristics, sleep phenotype classification, polysomnographic variables, cardiovascular outcomes, and relevant clinical comorbidities. A detailed description of all variables is provided in the accompanying Data Dictionary.
