Abstract:
EDF SA's Essential Data on Public Procurement (DECP) for contracts of €40,000 or more excluding VAT. Publication of the DECP is provided for by Decree no. 2022-767 of 2 May 2022 and by the Orders of 22 December 2022, which come into force on 1 January 2024. The rules set out in this sheet only apply to public contracts notified on or after 1 January 2024.
The data structure is defined by XML and JSON schemas that apply the requirements of the decrees.
EDF SA does not enter into concession contracts. These data are produced during the processing of purchasing operations and produced in the EDF SA Purchasing Department Information System. Values that are not filled in are either qualified as ‘Protected Data’ due to their nature, by EDF SA, or are not produced in the Information System.
