70 Channel Tonsil Dataset used in NetTracer3D Paper

Contains the tonsil image used in the NetTracer3D preprint paper. This is a human tonsil containing 70 CODEX multiplexed channels. The channels are all in their own folder as seperate tiffs. Their file name refers to what antibody is stained in said channel. Next to the channels folder is a tiff containing cell segmentations, which were created using the DAPI channel combined with the NaKATPase channel. The pixel bnresolution in the x and y dimensions is 0.5058059470043066 microns.
