Effect of knockdown of DIO3OS and PTBP1 on gene expression of MCF-7 LTED cells [cellseq]

To investigate the function of DIO3OS and PTBP1 in the metabolic regulation, we used LNA and siRNA to silence DIO3OS and PTBP1, respectively, in established MCF-7 LTED cell lines. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of six different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MCF-7 LTED cell controls (LTnc and PTBnc) and their KD derivatives (LTlna1, LTlna2, PTBsi1, PTBsi2).
