This dataset consists of characteristic X-ray observational data acquired by the PIXE instrument mounted on the Chang'e-3 rover along its traverse route. The Level 2B PIXE data have undergone geometric positioning processing and been supplemented with geometric information. The data are stored in the PDS 3 (Planetary Data System) format, which includes two components: the data label (descriptive information of the dataset) and the data entity.
