Project Title: The Impact of Antepartum Short Sleep Duration on Prenatal Medical Conditions and Postpartum Depression Project Awardee: Melissa Duchene‑Kelly This dataset is derived from the OCHIN Community Health Database – AIM‑AHEAD Year 4 and implemented as a set of views. It includes patients who are women ages 15–44 between 2012 and 2024, supporting analyses of pregnancy‑related conditions and postpartum depression in relation to documented sleep‑related factors and prenatal care utilization. The dataset includes patient demographics (sex, age, race, ethnicity, language, payer, federal poverty level, ZIP/ZCTA, homelessness status, marital status, and interpreter‑needed indicator), visit‑level data across outpatient, telehealth, and hospital settings, provider and care site characteristics, vital signs (including blood pressure and weight/BMI), condition diagnoses related to pregnancy and postpartum outcomes, selected laboratory results supporting identification of prenatal conditions, procedure data related to delivery, mortality indicators, and structured patient screening data including depression screening and other contextual measures.
