Datasets for "FLUGS: Spatial decomposition of eddy covariance fluxes"

This repository contains five datasets associated with the FLUGS framework: Cherskii Input Data (Compressed)Compressed input data for the two Cherskii towers corresponding to the date range of the experiments described in the manuscript. These datasets are included in the FLUGS GitHub repository. Synthetic Experiment DatasetThe dataset used for the synthetic experiment presented in the manuscript. This dataset is also available in the FLUGS GitHub repository. FLUGS Experiment OutputsOutput data from the FLUGS experiments in the manuscript, provided in the file outputs.zip. These data can be used with the visualization scripts vis_cherskii.py and vis_synth.py. FLUGS Footprint Cache FilesCache files generated by FLUGS via the BLDFM footprint computation. Placing these files in the cache subdirectory of the FLUGS package allows users to skip the footprint computation step.
