Data and code for: Recombination-limited performance of ITO/TiO2/MAPbI3/Cu2O/Au planar perovskite solar cells: a systematic SCAPS-1D parameter study

This deposit contains all the data and code needed to reproduce every number, table and figure of the manuscript "Recombination-limited performance of ITO/TiO2/MAPbI3/Cu2O/Au planar perovskite solar cells: a systematic SCAPS-1D parameter study". It holds 231 independent SCAPS-1D calculations (nine one-dimensional parameter scans and two two-dimensional maps) plus six independently re-run device stacks, 237 calculations in total, together with the SCAPS input scripts, the Python driver that generates them, the scripts that render Figs. 1-9 and supplementary figure S1, and the verification and control calculations behind the numerical noise floor, the current-loss budget, the sensitivity analyses and the convergence checks reported in the manuscript. README.md maps every file to the figure, table or section it supports, and MANIFEST.sha256 lists the SHA-256 digest of every file. Version 2 adds the control calculations of Sections 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.6 and 3.9 in the folder 07_verification/controls_20260923/, and supersedes version 1. The data are released under CC BY 4.0; the code is released under the MIT licence.
