Tongue coating microbiota-based machine learning for diagnosing digestive system tumours

We collected tongue coating samples from 710 patients diagnosed with digestive system tumours and 489 healthy controls who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for 16S rRNA sequencing. Using QIIME2 and R software packages, we assessed the diversity and abundance of tongue coating microbiota between these groups.
