Experimental data on Chlorella vulgaris

The acute and chronic toxic effects of sulfamethoxazole and desethylatrazine exposure on Chlorella vulgaris were investigated using Chlorella vulgaris as the study target. The effects of single and combined contaminants on the growth (cell density and growth inhibition rate), pigment content (chla, chlb and car) and antioxidant system (TP, SOD, CAT, MDA) of Chlorella were investigated at different times (1, 4, 7, 14 and 21 days).
