Major and trace elements in Black Sea euxinic sediments

The dataset contain the experimental values of the content of nine major elements as oxides [SiO2 (%) TiO2 (%) Al2O3 (%) FeO (%) MnO (%) MgO (%) CaO (%) Na2O (%) K2O (%)] and 32 trace elements (Cl Sc V Cr Co Ni Zn As Se Br Rb Sr Zr Mo Sn Sb I Cs Ba La Ce Nd Sm Eu Gd Tb Yb Hf Ta W Th U) as determined by Epithermal Neutron and Prompt Gama Activation analysis in 45 samples of uncosolidated euxinic sediments of a 50 cm core collected at a depth of 600 m on the slope of the Western Black Sea continental platform.
