Processed single-cell RNA-seq data of aortic valve–relevant cell types re-analysed for unicuspid aortic valve genetics

This dataset contains a processed and annotated single-cell RNA-sequencing (.h5ad) object derived from publicly available developmental human heart scRNA-seq data generated by Asp et al. (Cell, 2019). The original filtered and unfiltered count matrices and metadata were obtained from Mendeley Data (DOI: 10.17632/mbvhhf8m62.2). The data were re-analysed to identify aortic valve–relevant cell types and gene expression patterns in the context of unicuspid aortic valve (UAV) genetics. Processing included quality control, normalization, dimensionality reduction, clustering, and cell-type annotation using established marker genes. This processed dataset supports the analyses presented in the manuscript “First Comprehensive Genomic Landscape of Unicuspid Aortic Valve: Defining the Genetic Basis”.
