THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE IN THE TEACHING PROFESSION

This article examines the importance of management competence in the professional activity of teachers within the modern education system. The role of management competence in organizing pedagogical activities, effectively managing the educational process, and influencing students’ learning outcomes is analyzed. The pedagogical factors for the formation and development of teachers’ management competence are also considered. The results of the study indicate that management competence is an essential factor in organizing teachers’ professional activities effectively and improving the quality of education.
