资源简介:
In this study, we determined the effect of proviral inducibility on CD8+ T cell recognition of HIV-infected clones. We showed that a T cell clone containing a provirus integrated in relatively transcriptionally inactive site was much less recognized by CD8+ T cells than a T cell clone containing a provirus that was integrated into a trancriptionally active site. We compared the peripheral T cell receptor repertoire before and after chemoradiation in an elite controller with lung cancer. We also perfomed the functional expansion of specific T cells (FEST) assay to determine the repertoire of CD4+ T cells that responded to an HIV Gag peptide. *** Raw data files not provided due to sensitive nature of the data. ***
