Data underlying: Ionic regulation of thylakoid membrane architecture: Mg²⁺-driven destacking and restacking visualised

In our research, we investigated the Mg²⁺-driven destacking and restacking of the thylakoid membrane. For this research, we employed fluorescence spectroscopy and microscopy to understand these changes upon depletion and re-addition of Mg²⁺. This dataset contains the data underlying the publication "Ionic regulation of thylakoid membrane architecture: Mg²⁺-driven destacking and restacking visualised". In the README file, an overview is given of the presented data and Python codes.
