Amniotic fluid IL-6 levels, the presence of histological chorioamnionitis, funisitis, and the presence of neutrophil infiltration (grades 1–4) in the chorion-decidua, chorionic plate, umbilical cord, and amnion in preterm prelabor rupture of membrane pregnancies that are complicated with the presence or absence of microbial-associated intraamniotic inflammation, sterile intraamniotic inflammation and microbial invasion of the amniotic cavity alone.
