The data concerns research on organic food consumers in the Visegrad Group countries.The main objective of the study is to recognise characteristics of organic food consumers, their purchasing decisions and behaviours in V4 countries. It also aims to compare the consumption of organic food in V4 countries and formulate conclusions for each country and for the whole region. The survey questionnaire will be prepared to perform a survey on consumer perceptions and attitudes toward organic food, their purchasing decisions, behaviours, and obstacles to buying organic food, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic and in the face of the crisis resulting from the war in Ukraine. It is the core element of the whole proposal and other activities will be based on the results of the survey carried out with the employment of the questionnaire.The target groups for the questionnaires will be consumers - 600 hundred people in each country. The number of the studied entities was determined based on statistical tools assuming the permissible error of 4%. : 2400
