The dataset, "Raw Data_Impact of Self-Compassion, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Perceived Stress on College Students’ Mental Health," was collected from college students at Anhui University and Anhui University of Finance and Economics via an online survey on the Questionnaire Star platform (www.Sojump.com) between October and November 2024. After excluding invalid responses, 657 valid questionnaires were included in the analysis. The study aimed to examine the effects of self-compassion, adverse childhood experiences, and perceived stress on mental health, with a focus on the mediating role of resilience. This dataset offers important insights into psychological vulnerability and protective factors in the context of higher education.
