transcriptome landscape of tropical-originated king grasses in response to cold stress

We performed a time-course transcriptomic analysis of king grass during exposure to cold temperatures by RNA-seq.Seedling of king grass was cultivated in a plant growth chamber (16 h light/8 h dark cycle) for 3 weeks and seedlings at the three-leaf stage were used for cold treatment. Seedlings were collected from CK and cold-treated plants at nine time points (0, 0.5h, 1.0h, 3.0h, 6.0h, 12.0h, 24.0h, 48.0h and 72.0 h).
