大正2年に内務報告例が全面改正され、港湾調査に関する報告様式が定められた。明治45／大正元年までは内務省訓令（官報に掲載される）の内務報告例に様式が規定されていたものではなかったと思われる。
In 1913, the Home Affairs Reporting Examples were comprehensively revised, and the reporting format for harbor surveys was established. It is believed that before 1948/1912, the format was not specified in the Home Affairs Reporting Examples issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (published in the Official Gazette).
