Genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in a UK university to identify dynamics of transmission

Part of the genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in the University of Cambridge, carried out by the Cambridge COG-UK consortium. The sequenced samples are pooled swabs that tested positive via qPCR.
