地表水中氟化物检测数据

水样中的氟多以可溶性氟化物形式存在，高浓度的氟化物会对水体中的鱼类及某些水生生物有毒害，造成氟中毒，从而影响人类的健康。本数据对富阳区地表水中的氟化物做出检测，从而为政府监管做出参考依据。1、数据来源:按照《水质 氟化物的测定 离子选择电极法 GB/T 7484-1987》对地表水进行水样采集检测。2、算法规则: 按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=10^(-(E-a)/b) *D*V2/V1，式中ρ为样品中氟化物的质量浓度，单位mg/L；E为测得电位值；a为标准曲线的截距；b为标准曲线的斜率；V1为取样量，单位m1；V2为定容体积，单位m1；D为稀释倍数。3、数据判定: 根据《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类限值进行判定，若氟化物≤1.0mg/L，则判定地表水中该指标浓度合格，反之不合格。4、数据应用：通过分析水样中的氟化物质量浓度，我们可以判断该地表水的水质好坏，避免因氟化物浓度含量超高引起的水质问题，为监管提供依据。

Fluorine in water samples mostly exists in the form of soluble fluoride. High-concentration fluoride is toxic to fish and some aquatic organisms in water bodies, causing fluorosis and thus threatening human health. This dataset detects fluoride concentrations in surface water from Fuyang District, providing reference basis for government supervision and management.
1. Data Source: Surface water samples were collected and tested in accordance with the national standard *Water quality—Determination of fluoride—Ion selective electrode method* (GB/T 7484-1987).
2. Algorithm Rules: The calculation is performed using the following formula:
ρ = 10^(-(E - a)/b) × D × V2/V1
Where ρ is the mass concentration of fluoride in the sample, with the unit of mg/L; E is the measured potential value; a is the intercept of the standard curve; b is the slope of the standard curve; V1 is the sample volume, with the unit of mL; V2 is the constant volume, with the unit of mL; D is the dilution factor.
3. Data Judgment: The judgment is made based on the Grade Ⅲ limit specified in the *Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water*. If the fluoride concentration is ≤1.0 mg/L, the index concentration in the surface water is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the mass concentration of fluoride in water samples, we can evaluate the water quality of the surface water, prevent water quality issues caused by excessively high fluoride concentrations, and provide evidence for regulatory work.
