snRNA-seq of liver from liver-specific Prmt1 knockout mouse after 1 year of high-fat diet feeding

Single-nucleus RNA-seq library generated from mouse liver after 1 year of high-fat diet feeding. Nuclei were isolated from approximately 100 mg of liver tissue using Nuclei EZ Lysis Buffer supplemented with RNase inhibitor, filtered through a 30-um strainer, washed in Ca2+/Mg2+-free 1% BSA/PBS, and further purified using Anti-Nucleus MicroBeads. Single-nucleus 3' gene expression libraries were prepared using the 10x Genomics Chromium X and GEM-X Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits v4 with a target recovery of 10,000 nuclei. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform.
