Rhizosphere microbes in extreme arid environments are essential for desert plant establishment. Although it is known that increased nitrogen (N) deposition in arid land has resulted in shifts not only in community level but also individual level, the responses of microbes in rhizosphere of desert plants remain poorly understood. The composition, diversity, and association (co-occurrence networks) of bacterial and fungal communities from rhizosphere of Alhagi sparsifolia seedling under stimulating four levels were characterized in drought and well-watered conditions.
