Transcriptome Analysis of Shoot Apical Meristem and Leaves in Proso Millet During Photoperiod Transition

Using the proso millet cultivar "Longmi4" as material, transcriptome sequencing was performed on its leaves (LS) and shoot apical meristem (SS) under long-day conditions (18 hours of light) as well as on the 5th and 10th days after switching from long-day to short-day conditions (12 hours of light).
